Basic home inspections

Meet me there, and we’ll go over visible details together during a 90-minute walkthrough of the home. Available for homes less than 30 years old,
up to 1500sqf in size; best suited for confident and experienced home buyers, or those with experience in basic home maintenance and repair.
Basic Home Inspection:
Walk-Thru • $299+
During a 2-hour Basic Home Inspection, each system of the home will be assessed per InterNACHI SOP—all doors, windows, fixtures, appliances, and surfaces are inspected and annotated in a professional written report.
Available add-ons include water quality testing, radon monitoring, septic tank inspection, outbuilding inspections, and more.
Basic Home Inspection:
Full Kit • $379+
Get a detailed digital report of your home inspection after walking through the home, outbuildings, and property with your certified Inspector. This 2- to 3-hour session is appropriate for homes larger than 2,000 sqf, as well as encompassing multiple outbuildings and multifaceted properties.
Deluxe Home Inspection:
Silver • $599+
The best value you can get.
During a 2-3 hour Deluxe Home Inspection, the home will be thoroughly evaluated and annotated on every present system and component. At this service level, water quality testing and outbuilding inspections are included; potential add-on services may include radon monitoring, aerial photography, infrared imaging, septic tank inspections, work quotes or trade expert consultations, and more.

Gold • $799+
